Help Desk Only Options

Option 1: This is an unlimited telephone technical support agreement, telephone technical support only contract. $4.95 per computer per month with a maximum of a 48 hour turn around on support.  This contract will cover technical support for standard software, printers, networks and peripherals attached to computers covered by this contract

Option 2: This is an unlimited telephone technical support agreement, telephone technical support only contract. $7.95 per computer per month with a maximum of a 2 hour turn around on support.  This contract will cover technical support for standard software, printers, networks and peripherals attached to computers covered by this contract

Help Desk & On Site Options

Option 3: This is a telephone technical support and on-site maintenance contract. Maintenance will be performed 6 times a year at your convenience. $9.95 per computer per month with a maximum of a 2 hour turn around on telephone support and 48 hour turn around with on-site support

Option 4: This is a telephone technical support and on-site maintenance contract. Maintenance will be performed 12 times a year at your convenience. $12.50 per computer per month with a maximum of a 2 hour turn around on telephone support and 48 hour turn around with on-site support.

Option 7: This is a telephone technical support and on-site maintenance contract. Maintenance will be performed 12 times a year at your convenience. $16.50 per computer per month with a maximum of a 2 hour turn around on telephone support and 24 hour turn around with on-site support.

* On site charges will apply for service calls above and beyond the scope of monthly maintenance.  Other contracts are available at reduced rates for on site visits.
